McTimoney Therapy for Pregnancy & Post- Natal Treatment – with Gail Futcher
Gail uses the gentle McTimoney Therapy to assist the body as it changes during pregnancy and help keep symptoms to a minimum. Post- natal treatment with Gail may also help you re-establish the natural position of the joints, muscles and pelvis.

Infant Massage Classes – with Cathy Hartigan
Cathy teaches the First Touch Programme as developed by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), a research-based programme taught in 52 countries worldwide

Sessions are held at weekly intervals to allow your baby to get used to being massaged, as well as time to adjust to the new experiences, it also allows you to observe changes in your baby over time and integrate massage into you and your baby’s routine. (more)

Helen is a Naturopath, Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse with specialty training in Oncology Massage Treatments. Light touch massage can be used to manage symptoms for clients diagnosed with cancer. Oncology massage can help to improve:
